In preparing to bring a baby home, families are typically aware of the costs associated with labor and delivery, and are ready to pay the balance between charges and what insurances may cover. In a family who has lost their baby, those charges are still incurred, but their arms are empty. The CAL Foundation exists to provide assistance and support in an effort to ease a portion of the burden.
